Frequently Asked Questions
Where are my photos stored?
Photos are stored privately within the app on your device. They do not appear in your Camera Roll or Photo Library unless you explicitly export them. This keeps your Photo Library clean and your task photos separate.
What happens if I delete the app?
If you delete SnapTaskPhoto, all photos stored in the app will be permanently deleted. Make sure to export any photos you want to keep to your Photo Library before deleting the app.
How do I create a Reminder from a photo?
Open any photo in the app and tap the Reminders button. You can set a due date and choose which Reminders list to add it to. The reminder will appear in Apple’s Reminders app.
Why does the app ask for location permission?
Location permission is optional. If granted, the app can tag photos with where they were captured—helpful for remembering where you saw something. You can use the app without granting location permission.
Can I sync photos across devices?
Currently, photos are stored locally on each device and do not sync. We may add sync functionality in a future update.
Is my data private?
Yes. All photos and data are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to your photos or personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I archive or delete a photo?
Open any photo and use the archive or delete options. Archived photos are moved to a separate archive section. Deleted photos are permanently removed.
